What does a skeyes Service Manager do?

  • you develop and implement the strategy regarding service management for the existing and new services;
  • you design the processes that are necessary for implementing this strategy;
  • as Service Manager you put a team together which you lead and you provide the necessary tools for them as well;
  • you organise the first-line support;
  • you put together a service portfolio and a catalogue for the technical services.

Candidate profile

What makes you the perfect Service Manager?

  • you have at least 10 years of experience in using or implementing a service management methodology (preferably ITIL v2/V3);
  • you have at least 5 years of experience in a leading position, preferably in a mission-critical operational environment;
  • as Service Manager you have strong verbal and written skills in Dutch, French and English;
  • you are of course customer and result oriented;
  • you work systematically and in a structured way.
