As our aviation technician in RadioCom, you have a passion for radio and network technology. You will be responsible for the proper operation of our radio systems. These systems are crucial for safe air traffic.

What does a skeyes aviation technician in RadioCom do?

  • you take in-depth internal training to become an expert in this field;
  • you follow up on the preventive and corrective maintenance of our various equipment, such as radios, voice communication systems, etc. to ensure their proper functioning;
  • thanks to your expertise, you ensure that our radio and communication systems comply with the strictest quality standards (Eurocontrol, ICAO, manufacturer,....);
  • in your role, you will ensure permanence in case of technical failure of our systems.

Candidate profile

What makes you the perfect aviation technician in RadioCom?

  • you have a graduate/bachelor's degree in electronics or equivalent;
  • you have knowledge of radio frequency (RF) techniques, computer networks and digital and analogue electronics;
  • as our systems must remain operational 24/7, we expect you to have the flexibility to occasionally be available via a rotating shift schedule outside normal working hours;
  • you have a good command of English, but can also express yourself in Dutch and French;
  • you are eager to learn. Attending training courses will help you build expertise within RadioCom;
  • you are a team player, but you are also able to work autonomously and like to take initiative when the situation requires it;
  • you have a type B driving licence to move easily during on-site interventions.
