Sustainable Aviation Manager

What do you do as Sustainable Aviation Manager at skeyes?

  • You will lead the Sustainable Aviation team to continuously optimise environmental performance related to Air Traffic Management (ATM).
  • You will divide responsibilities, organise and plan tasks and oversee their implementation.
  • You will lead, develop, manage and coach the Sustainable Aviation team with the aim of maximising the competences, skills and know-how to work as a successful team.
  • You will set up, monitor and update projects for the Sustainable Aviation team.
  • You will engage with (inter)national partners on aviation-related environmental issues.
  • You will coordinate environmental aspects related to Air Traffic Management and contribute to improving skeyes’ environmental performance.

Candidate profile

What makes you the ideal Sustainable Aviation Manager?

  • You hold a master's degree and preferably have a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience, in an aviation and/or operational environment.
  • You are good at People Management.
  • You have a high level of professionalism, an excellent work ethic and a great sense of personal responsibility.
  • You are able to balance multiple competing priorities.
  • You are an initiator, assertive, results-oriented and can work in a rapidly changing environment.
  • You are able to explain highly technical topics in an accessible way.
  • Knowledge of environmental performance in the aviation sector is a big plus.
  • You are fluent in English and Dutch or French.
