#FABEC held its Airspace User Consultation 2023 on the 30th June, hosted by the Belgium MoT. #FABEC shared the outcome of its latest customer satisfaction survey with #ANSP and #airline partners from the #AOG on 16 May, 2023. The survey focused on four key topics: General satisfaction, information flow, improved flight planning and long-term priorities. The feedback was discussed during the meeting in May in order to determine steps to address key challenges. The full analysis of the survey can now be downloaded at https://loom.ly/vMc34b0

The #FABEC Social Dialogue Committee met at the Ministry of Transport in Luxembourg on 16th May, 2023. The meeting allowed social partners to exchange views amongst the committee partners and FABEC CEOs. Besides Operational Performance and #SESAR updates, the Committee exchanged fruitful discussions on SES2+, RP4, #EASA activities and environmental performance. #DFS #LVNL #DGAC #LUXANA #skeyes #Skyguide

#FABEC #ANSPs conducted a Customer Satisfaction Survey to understand the priorities of #airlines in the coming year. On 16 May, a session was held at Geneva Airport to discuss and align the key findings. Topics which were addressed include: - RAD restrictions within FABEC - Tools of FABEC ANSPs at the Network Manager level - Flight planning with special focus on #CFSPs - #CDO / #CCO operations within FABEC - Communication.
