What does a SIM Pilot do at EPNB?
As a Simulator Pilot, you support simulator training sessions by realistically simulating air traffic. You work closely with instructors and trainees and help to ensure that training courses run smoothly.
Your responsibilities:
- simulating air traffic during training sessions;
- supporting instructors and participants during exercises;
- training and supervising new simulator pilots;
- contributing to the improvement of training materials and simulator exercises;
- providing support for theoretical training and other training activities.
We offer a one-year fixed-term contract within an international and dynamic training environment in the aviation sector.
Candidate profile
What makes you our perfect SIM Pilot?
- you have at least a secondary school qualification;
- a pilot’s licence is an advantage;
- you have a good knowledge of ‘aviation English’ and use the correct phraseology;
- you have good IT skills;
- you are fluent in English, both spoken and written;
- you work accurately and follow procedures correctly;
- you are a team player with strong communication skills;
- you are flexible and adapt easily to new situations;
- you remain calm and work efficiently, even under pressure.
