Toward a brighter sky - Sustainability Report 2023

At skeyes, sustainability is at the core of what we do, and our 2023 Sustainability Report reflects our unwavering commitment to a greener, more responsible aviation industry.

Key highlights of 2023 include:

• 7% reduction in total GHG emissions vs. 2022, and 4% vs. our 2019 base year.
• 63% of our fleet now consists of green vehicles (electric, hybrid, CNG).
• Active involvement in gender equality and diversity initiatives, like International Women’s Day and the Global Aviation Gender Summit.
• Increased employee engagement and partnerships through events like the @skeyes Sports Day and YOUCA Action Day.

Looking ahead to 2024: we are excited to further build on these achievements by focusing on more sustainable practices, enhancing employee well-being, and launching a biodiversity project in partnership with Natagora and Natuurpunt, aiming to create nature reserves and combat climate challenges.
