ATCO Talent Acquisition Specialist

As an ATCO (Air Traffic Control Officer) Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for organising recruitment processes to find future ATCOs.

What does an ATCO Talent Acquisition Specialist do at skeyes?

  • You support candidates throughout their journey.
    From selection to onboarding, you provide professional support to each candidate. This includes active sourcing, (phone screen) interviews, report writing, and the management of job offers and contracts.
  • You are responsible for organising recruitment campaigns.
    You are in charge of the administrative management of campaigns, from logistical preparation to processing a large volume of applications and results, in accordance with procedures and deadlines.
  • You coordinate with the various training teams.
    You work with the teams responsible for training air traffic controllers to tailor recruitment to needs, ensure there are enough candidates, and monitor progress.
  • You ensure that new employees feel quickly integrated into the company.
    By welcoming them on their first day and ensuring they get off to a good start. But also by providing support throughout their first year at skeyes, organising interviews to gather their feedback and, where necessary, adjusting their onboarding journey.
  • You help improve our services
    By analysing our procedures and processes, you identify areas for improvement and carry out various projects aimed at boosting our efficiency and enhancing our appeal as an employer.
  • You try to raise skeyes’ profile among the general public
    By attending job fairs, you will forge direct links with potential talent, encouraging them to explore the exciting challenges and career opportunities at skeyes.
