Business Analyst
As a Business Analyst at skeyes, you play an essential role in streamlining and structuring IT requests at skeyes.
You are involved in everything from the simplest service requests to the most complex projects, ensuring the efficient and consistent management of the overall flow of requests.
Your main mission is to support the recently implemented Demand Management process by ensuring that each request is qualified, structured and directed to the right delivery teams. You also ensure that business requirements are correctly identified, analysed and documented in each request, in order to ensure a shared understanding and optimal execution.
Through your analysis and coordination role, you will help to ensure the optimal distribution of requests and provide an efficient, rapid overall IT service that is aligned with business expectations.
What does a Business Analyst do at skeyes?
- Shaping business needs
Support business stakeholders in expressing and clarifying their needs, while taking into account strategic objectives, cross-functional interdependencies and technological constraints.

This team plays a key role in the project intake process, contributing to the evaluation and prioritisation of incoming initiatives, conducting feasibility analysis and initial (high-level) requirements gathering.
- Coordination of the weekly Demand Review Meeting
Coordinate DRM with all delivery team managers and analyse requests received via Ivanti in order to identify future projects, as distinct from simpler requests that will be managed as part of the run by the delivery teams.

Conduct ad hoc strategic analyses and as-is/to-be studies on requests and provide recommendations.
- Responsible for the ITSM tool process and proposing improvements
