HR Process Specialist

We are now offering you the opportunity to join our HR team as an HR Process Specialist, to contribute to our growth and success in our various projects.

What do you do as an HR Process Specialist at skeyes?

  • HR processes & Quality

You will be responsible for analysing and optimising end-to-end HR processes (Talent, ES, Workforce Management, etc.). As a specialist, you will monitor the quality, consistency and compliance of HR processes and procedures.

You will identify bottlenecks and risks and take action to eliminate these issues. Other important aspects of the role: providing support for audits, carrying out internal controls and quality measurements within HR.

  • Project based support& process monitoring
    • Employee Services (ES)

      You will support the Employee Services team in providing services to employees and managers.

      Where necessary, you will develop uniform working methods and standards within ES and contribute to the further professionalisation of ES.

      You will be able to develop new procedures based on needs and provide the necessary training if required.

    • Talent & HR projects

      You will support and optimise the processes within Talent related to recruitment & selection, onboarding & offboarding, careers, evaluation, etc.

      You will contribute to HR projects and ensure that HR policy is optimally translated into workable processes.

      You will be involved in policy drafting work within HR and coordinate where necessary.
  • HR support with legal and policy focus

You will guide HR processes with an eye for applicable laws and regulations (such as labour law and internal/regulatory agreements).

HR colleagues can count on you to make legal frameworks understandable and applicable and to translate them within HR processes. If necessary, you coordinate this with the legal department or external advisers.

Candidate profile

What makes you our perfect HR Process Specialist?

  • you have at least 10 years of experience;
  • you are bilingual (Dutch & French) and have a good knowledge of English;
  • you have a legal background and a keen interest in current legislation or skeyes' own articles of association;
  • you are interested in the world of HR – both soft HR and hard HR;
  • you are skilled at analysing processes and developing improvement plans;
  • you are a sociable and pragmatic person who is tactful and diplomatic;
  • you excel in both written and verbal communication;
  • you have strong organisational skills and an aptitude for managing administrative tasks efficiently;
  • you have a great sense of responsibility, set the right priorities and have a highly developed team spirit.
