Roster Planner
As a Roster Planner at skeyes, you play a key role in the continuity of our 24/7 operational services. You create efficient and realistic rosters, closely monitor changes and actual performances, and ensure accurate processing and reporting. Thanks to your strong organisational and communication skills, you work closely with different operational units and contribute to an optimal deployment of staff.
What does a skeyes Roster Planner do?
- You create work schedules for staff working within the operational units.
- You register the actual hours worked and prepare reports.
- You contribute to optimising the full planning cycle, including the recording of actual performances.
- You build and maintain professional relationships with the operational units.
Candidate profile
What makes you the perfect Roster Planner?
- You have at least 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a medium-sized or large organisation.
- You are flexible with schedules; working staggered shifts or weekends does not bother you.
- You have strong analytical skills.
- You work efficiently and accurately.
- You have excellent knowledge of Outlook and Excel.
- Knowledge of or experience with SP Expert as a roster tool is a plus.
- You have operational experience in dispatching.
- You have strong communication skills and enjoy working with internal customers at different organisational levels (via phone and e-mail).
- You combine assertiveness with diplomacy.
- You are stress-resistant and able to stay focused under pressure.
- You are comfortable working with computer applications and complex data.
- You continuously reflect on and improve your own working methods.
- You are proactive and take initiative.
- You have a good knowledge of French, Dutch, and English.
