What does a Talent Acquisition Specialist do at skeyes?
- You support candidates throughout their recruitment journey.
From drafting the job description through to onboarding, you will provide professional follow-up for each candidate. This includes active research, screening by telephone, in-depth interviews, writing detailed reports and managing job offers and contracts.
- You are the Hiring Manager's confidant.
By fully understanding their specific needs, you guide managers through the selection process to ensure that the best talent is identified and selected for each vacancy.
- You facilitate the integration of new employees.
You will ensure that new members of our team feel quickly integrated by organising a warm welcome from their first day and by ensuring continuous follow-up through interviews to gather their impressions throughout their first year at skeyes.
- You help to improve the service.
By analysing our processes, you will identify areas for optimisation and carry out various projects designed to enhance our efficiency and attractiveness as an employer.
- You're trying to bring skeyes to the attention of the general public.
By taking part in job fairs and developing direct relationships with potential talent, you help to raise skeyes' profile and attract the best candidates.
Candidate profile
What makes you our perfect Talent Acquisition Specialist?
- you have at least 10 years of experience in recruitment;
- you are bilingual (French & Dutch) and have a good knowledge of English;
- you are passionate about the world of recruitment and the active search for candidates;
- you know how to actively attract talent looking for a new opportunity, or not, via different platforms;
- you find it interesting to take part in job fairs and try to make skeyes known to the general public;
- experience in competency-based interview techniques, the STAR method, psycho-technical and personality tests is a great asset;
- you are able to analyse the job market in order to create attractive proposals for selected candidates;
- you are a sociable and pragmatic person who knows how to use tact and diplomacy;
- you excel in both written and verbal communication;
- you have strong organisational skills and are able to manage administrative tasks efficiently;
- you have a good sense of responsibility and priorities, as well as a highly-developed team spirit.
