Training Administrator

At skeyes, we ensure safe and efficient air traffic every day. As a Training Administrator, you will support our Training Organisation to ensure that training courses run smoothly, both administratively and practically. Thanks to your accuracy and proactive approach, our staff can count on smooth, correct and professional training follow-up.

Two training organisations operate under one roof at skeyes:

  • OPS Training Organisation: training courses for operational staff (air traffic controllers and similar roles);
  • TECH Training Organisation: training courses for technical staff.

You will be assigned to one Training Organisation, but will remain multi-deployable for essential basic tasks to ensure continuity.

What does a Training Administrator do at skeyes?

  • you send invitations and manage participant and attendance lists;
  • you register, document and follow up on training courses, evaluations and certificates in the designated systems;
  • you collect and manage training data (including qualifications and certifications);
  • you monitor training files for completeness, accuracy and timing, with a focus on quality, traceability and compliance;
  • you send out and process course evaluations, share the results and follow up on areas for improvement;
  • you keep an up-to-date overview of planned, ongoing and completed training courses;
  • you provide practical support for training activities (classrooms, materials, IT and audiovisual resources);
  • you are the point of contact for participants and instructors for practical and administrative questions;
  • you work together with Training Officers, HR, Trainers and the Head of Training;
  • you are available as backup within the team to ensure continuity.

Candidate profile

What makes you the perfect Training Administrator?

  • you are proactive and hands-on: you take initiative and enjoy rolling up your sleeves and diving in;
  • you can bring order to a dynamic and sometimes chaotic environment, especially since this is a new position in which processes are still being developed;
  • you are flexible and adaptable and can quickly switch gears when priorities change;
  • you are solution-oriented and a real problem solver: you anticipate issues and seek pragmatic solutions;
  • you enjoy working with others and actively contribute to good teamwork, in close collaboration with Training Officers and the Head of Training;
  • you feel comfortable in an environment with different processes and stakeholders;
  • you like to work according to clear agreements and attach importance to quality, traceability and compliance;
  • you have a professional knowledge of English, both spoken and written;
  • you have a very good knowledge of at least one national language: Dutch or French;
  • you have a very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.).
