Training Administrator (EPNB)
Main Purpose of the position
Responsible for administrative routines during course preparation and course delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Part of a Course Management Team, together with Course Supervisor and Head of Training.
- Contact person for students, instructors, external customers, internal departments EPN/EPNB for your assigned course.
- Responsible for providing them the necessary information to students and instructors and logistics/administrative support before, during and after courses.
- Provide administrative support to the Course Supervisor.
- Actively involved during the whole course in close cooperation with the Course Supervisor, daily follow up of the courses, take initiatives if questions arise.
- Organising and leading pre-course meetings.
- Participate to other meetings whenever required.
- Support the delivery of ad hoc tasks whenever needed.
Candidate profile
- Education and experience
The role requires completed secondary school education and at least some years working experience various roles, at least some years of experience related to roles as administrative and management assistant. The role requires an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and good communication skills (written and verbal in English). - Working with people
