Warehouse & Supply Officer

As Warehouse & Supply Officer, you are responsible for the warehouse and supplies. You ensure that goods, equipment and consumables are available on time and that everything is correctly registered and monitored. In this way, you support internal operations and contribute to a smooth logistics chain within skeyes.

What does a Warehouse & Supply Officer do at skeyes ?

  • receiving, accepting and sorting parcels and supplies, and delivering them to the right people;
  • checking goods for quality, quantity and any damage;
  • organising documents (delivery orders, filing, returns);
  • checking the technicians' equipment and ensuring there is sufficient stock;
  • placing orders and requesting quotations if necessary;
  • stock and supply management: cleaning products, PPE, office supplies, etc.;
  • stock administration and periodic reporting;
  • loading and unloading goods (using a forklift truck if necessary);
  • acting as a point of contact for internal departments;
  • contributing to a safe, orderly and structured working environment.

Candidate profile

What makes you the ideal Warehouse & Supply Officer?

  • you have a secondary school diploma or at least 5 years of experience in a similar position;
  • you have a very good knowledge of Excel, a very good knowledge of Dutch or French and a good knowledge of English;
  • you work independently, in an orderly and structured manner and you can maintain an overview;
  • you are a good communicator and are confident;
  • you enjoy working independently and at the same time have a lot of contact with logistics staff;
  • you are flexible, conscientious and accurate;
  • if you are in possession of a forklift licence, that is a plus, otherwise you can follow an in-company training.
