8.3 Personal data of candidate air traffic controllers that is stored in the FEAST database of Eurocontrol will be kept in accordance with the management of data protection at Eurocontrol. Belgocontrol is simply a user of this database and as such has no control over this database.

8.4 Personal data of registered users in the mailing list is kept during one year.

Belgocontrol shall, after investigation, stop the processing unless there are mandatory legal grounds for further processing. So, for instance you can file a claim against the processing of your data after a non-retained application. In this case Belgocontrol will immediately delete your data and stop further processing.
